Project Description

Situated on the northern edge of the fascinating Moremi Game Reserve, the Khwai Tented Camp area forms the frontier between the Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta. The camp allows its guests to experience the best of wildlife, combining your safari with cultural visits to the nearby old village of Khwai.

Khwai Tented Camp merges luxury with the rustic wilderness it calls home, surrounded by a romantic aura which is reflected through the elegant décor, scattered with colonial and tribal influences. Yet it provides its guests with every modern comfort and service they could hope for.

The cuisine is delicious, prepared in a traditional bush style manner making the guests feel as if they are truly in the wild.

The 6 luxury meru style tents are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and bucket showers under the stars. At the far end of the camp there is a family unit for up to 5 people. This cottage offers self-catering options. The main area consists of a dining are with bar as well as a fire pit on an open air deck.
