Project Description
Extensive raised decks surrounding the main lounge and tents allow guests to enjoy a delicious meal or a relaxing afternoon while still enjoying the wildlife all around you. There is hardly a second that passes without an animal in sight. The shaded camp yields magnificent views over the reserves prolific floodplains and savannahs. Exploration of this vast area defies ones imagination, and can be done in numerous ways such as by foot, 4×4 game drives, boats or by simply just relaxing in a hide.
The whole camp has been designed around the four elements of nature: water, air, earth and fire. The quant tea veranda and dining spaces provide the perfect settings to relax and reflect on your day’s activities. Wholesome foods and African wines are always available. After dinner you can spend your evenings chilling in the open air fireside laughing and talking to your fellow guests and staff.
The 9 spacious, sturdy canvas tents are shaded with thatch roofing and raised on wooden decks. Each tent has a large private veranda, extended en-suite dressing and dual vanity area with a full bathroom which complete the romantic atmosphere. Ceiling fans combined with roof vents bring in the African breeze. At the main area there is a plunge pool for the guests cooling.
