The beautiful luxury Tongabezi Lodge, is situated eighteen kilometres upstream from the glorious Victoria Falls, on the banks of the Zambezi River. The lodge combines romance and exclusivity coupled with warm and attentive staff that cater to your every need.

Offering its guests a variety of accommodation options, the Tongabezi Lodge has something for everyone. The 5 River Cottages have en-suite bathrooms and are more protected than the other rooms. The Nut House offers en-suite bathroom, infinity plunge pool and private gardens. It has an elevated position and perfect, uninterrupted views. The Dog House with its 2 bedrooms is equipped with en-suite bathroom, private plunge pool, extensive living area and is situated right on the river. The Tree House is constructed on three levels with en-suite bathroom, bath with a view, private dining and lounge area as well as a sustainable private pine deck offering magnificent views. The Bird House with its airy, open plan structure offers en-suite bathroom, open air sunken bath and private terrace. The Garden House is a self-contained family suite with en-suite rooms, private gardens, swimming pool and an exclusive dining room – all safe areas where the family can spread out and indulge. The Honeymoon House with en-suite bathroom, private balcony, dining area and lounge is ‘Worth Getting Married For’. The main area has a dining room, a lounge, a bar, a spa and a cocktail deck at its guest’s disposal. For guests who love excercise there are two swimming pools in the main area and a gym with a gym instructor.

Sindabezi Camp
Sindabezi is an idyllic, exclusive camp situated on Tongabezi’s private island in the Zambezi just west of the glorious Victoria Falls. It is the only luxury bush camp from where one can truly escape the excitement of the Falls.

Sindabezi Camp has recently been refurbished. Its tastefully decorated cottages are set on stilts among the trees. Their open fronts make the most of the glorious views, as well as allowing guests to soak up the sights and sounds of the African bush in a perfect, picturesque setting.

The island is truly unique, the sophisticated travellers best kept secret. All the activities available at the main Tongabezi Lodge with the added twenty minute scenic boat transfer to and from this beautiful little island are included. The breath-taking views across the floodplains of the Zambezi and the nearby national park complete the experience.

The 5 luxurious thatched cottages and the 2 honeymoon suites are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, outdoor shower and private sundeck. The main area has a dining area and a lounge.
