Project Description

Elephant’s Eye, Hwange is located on a private concession (6000 ac) a mere 13 km away from the entrance to Hwange National Park. Because of its close proximity to Victoria Falls, Hwange boasts an incredible biodiversity of flora and fauna, and a plethora of African wildlife. Specifically, the elephant population in Hwange is world famous, as it is one of the largest in the world.

The Elephant’s Eye Lodge presents an unforgettable experience with African wildlife in an intimate and welcoming setting. Attention to detail and friendly service in the heart of the African bush will put you at ease as you escape the noise and bustle of the modern world. You will enjoy the quiet, beautiful views looking onto a waterhole which is frequented by elephants and other game, allowing you to feel at one with nature.

Elephants Eye has 8 tented en-suite chalets overlooking a waterhole. All of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and an outside shower. The lodge is run by solar power and electricity. The main area consists of a dining area, a lounge area as well as a bar. There is a communal Boma area for dinners. At the lookout platform has a telescope at the guest’s disposal. You can relax at the Natural Ozone Eco swimming pool while watching wildlife at the waterhole or enjoy treatments at the spa. There is complementary Wifi in the main area.
