Project Description

The Camp is built on a palm-fringed island surrounded by the Moremi’s game-rich seasonal floodplains overlooking the majestic Chiefs Island. Moremi Crossing is a new style safari camp that aims at combining luxury with simplicity. Set under leafy palms and African ebony trees the goal is to integrate nature with its unique surroundings. The camp achieves this fine balance without separating guests from the sights and surrounding wilderness.

The main building consists of a vast open plan deck with a view over the magnificent Bora River and the famous Chiefs Island. The crescent shaped area built in varying levels gives you that feeling of space and privacy.

The Moremi Crossing is a hundred percent eco-friendly development and is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature at its finest with a wide variety of animal and bird species to view.

The 16 spacious tents are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and their own private verandas. Family and honeymoon tents available. The main area has a dining room with small private lounge areas and a bar. For the guests relaxation there is a shaded deck and pool area and a curio shop for souvenirs.
