Overlooking the Chobe River and an adjacent floodplain, this luxurious safari destination offers its guests beautifully designed rooms with fantastic views. The rooms are situated in close proximity to the central guest area and the lodge’s renowned baobab.

Located on the quieter western end of the Chobe riverfront area, the lower density area allows for guests to view the game in an undisturbed manner. From the famous Chobe elephants to the migrating zebra and buffalo grazing on the Caprivi floodplain, wildlife is all around you. Ngoma Safari Lodge also offers its guests a wide range of activities that cannot be done if the lodge was based within the Chobe National Park.

Your days will be filled with game walks and drives around the reserve and the national park whilst your evenings can be spent relaxing by the pool or sipping a gin and tonic on the viewing platform. Whatever you choose to do, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

The thatched lodge incorporates rustic and ethnic styles, with natural finishes and an emphasis on space and comfort. With only 8 luxurious river facing suites the Ngoma Safari Lodge offers very personal service to its guests. The 6 private suites offer quiet refuge in a luxurious setting, with views of the legendary Chobe River. Each suite has a full indoor bathroom as well as an outdoor shower and sanctuary. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans and air conditioning, a mini bar and tea and coffee facilities. The two triple suites are equally luxurious and spacious, with the addition of an Indian day bed that can be converted to a bed to cater for a third person.

The central area includes a sitting room, dining room, bar area, game viewing deck, new pool deck and a plunge pool with a striking water feature. Spend evenings around the fire looking out at the floodlit waterhole. Internet facilities are also provided.
