Project Description

Spanning nearly a kilometre along the Zambezi riverfront in a private concession just beside the northwest corner of the Mana Pools National Park is Ruckomechi Camp. The scenery surrounding it is remarkable, with the Zambezi River flowing in front of a backdrop of the mountains of the Zambezi Escarpment.

Ruckomechi Camp is seriously luxurious, shaded by a large grove of acacia and mahogany trees offering guests the ultimate spot to view some of the areas varying game species on display. The gorgeous location and high concentration make a stay at the Ruckomechi Camp a very classic safari experience.

The camp offers 7 spacious tented units, 2 honeymoon suites and 1 family room. All the rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, bath with a view and private verandas. The main area has a central dining area, a lounge with bar and a separate deck with infinity pool and sunbathing as well as a star gazing deck.
