Project Description

The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is set high on a natural plateau bordering the Zambezi River and the Victoria Falls National Park. Only four kilometres from the falls themselves, the lodge provides guests with uninterrupted views of its incredible surroundings. It is ideally positioned to offer even the most discerning traveller a taste of Africa at its finest. Its incredible sunsets and year round game viewing opportunities, not only make this camp an authentic wildlife experience but an exciting and interesting one too.

Guests are encouraged to try one of the resorts delicious award winning restaurants, all which take you away and bombard your senses with the taste, sights, sounds and smells of the real Africa. Sit by the pool and cool down, or take in some light reading in the lodges library. If adventure is what you seek, the falls are only 15 minutes away and awash with opportunities.

The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge offers different room categories to choose from: 51 standard rooms, 21 deluxe rooms, 3 suites and 3 deluxe suites. Each of the 72 rooms boast a level of sophistication and comfort, while taking you in with its lavishly coloured ethnic fabrics and fittings. The main area has 2 restaurants, a bar, a lounge with library, a curio shop and an internet café and a games room. There are also a swimming pool, telescope viewing facilities as well as conference and wedding facilities at the guests disposal.

Guests can go to the Safari Lodge should they want to have lunch or dinner there. The walk is about five minutes to the main lodge, which is very convenient. What sets the Victoria Falls Safari Suites apart is that they are focusing on private service: personal check-in and host service is offered at no extra cost. The rooms have a tea and coffee station and a complimentary minibar.

The Victoria Falls Safari Club is the most luxurious accommodation in the collection, it offers its guests everything the original lodge does and more. This new luxury 20 room block is situated within the glorious grounds of the lodge on the far western side from the main lodge. It overlooks a waterhole providing guests with constant wildlife sighting.
