We can hardly believe that this great adventure is over already! The organization of yours and your partners in Zimbabwe was perfect. Everything went smooth, we met nice people everywhere; the drivers, the guides, the people in the lodges and the restaurants.
Especially we enjoyed the mix of safari and cultural experiences. I would also like to mention that we really appreciated that after a transfer we always had the afternoon to relax and enjoy the nice lodges before embarking on the activities the following day.
The Kubu Lodge gave us a lot of joy, Miombo was really nice, Norma Jean was beautifully located, Bayete in Vic Falls was stylish and the family in Harare was so friendly and helpful. All in all a perfectly organized, unforgettable journey!

The trip has been perfect, well organized, the accommodation very well chosen.
Regarding the camps’ services everything run smoothly and easy; good guides and perfect food. Leon’s activity was very good, we walked in total 69,95 km and it was very enthralling to follow the black rhino’s fresh track every morning for hours (just observing the tracker was a spectacle). The camp site is very well settled and the food was good. Leon explained things about plants, tracks, footprints etc (his knowledge is huge) and I really recommend to any one mentally strong enough to walk for hours sometimes without spotting any animal. The Matopos activities were perfect, the guides of Black Rhino Safaris were lovely people, and Rob with whom we visited Bulawayo was very good and we learned a lot, the visit to the NHM would be very different without him.
So, we are 100% satisfied. Well done all of you!

We really had a wonderful stay in Zimbabwe thanks to you and your perfect plan for our visit. Our stay at Hwange Bush Camp and Sable Sands was very nice and very interesting. We had very knowledgeable guides. Thank you so much for the recommendation of these lodges. We are so filled with positive memories from Zimbabwe, not least because of it’s friendly people! And we saw a lot of game, all together I saw the Big Five (including the rhino in Vic Falls). Maybe the most interesting was to see the wild dogs which we haven’t seen before and a big pack of lions (17) sleeping in the shade. But we also saw other animals which we haven’t seen before: kudu, steinbok and duikers. It was very impressing with those big heards of buffaloes and elephants and of course also the walking safaries which we made with the guides from the Bush Camp. And the Victoria Falls – which we saw also from a helicopter – was so mighty and magnificent! Let me also say that Flatdogs and Batonka was very nice! Once again thank you for your help with this trip! >Zimbabwe, Aug/September 2018<
We are happy to look back at the last weeks and are already looking forward to making an album with our images, and relive the nice memories! It was a once in a lifetime journey, thank you so much for your enthusiasm. The organization was great, the trip with the car was also perfectly planned out for us and we were very happy with the accommodation. >Namibia, Botswana & Zimbabwe July/Aug 2018<
We arrived back safely in the UK this morning and just wanted to say many thanks for a great safari holiday.
Everything was fantastic, all went very smoothly and we had a great time!
Each lodge was excellent in its own way; all different of course which is what we like. All great food and hospitality, and the water trips we did were a nice change. Special thanks to Kanana for the birthday celebrations!
In Tofo the stay was great. There is no complain at all. The service was excellent also. We did only one activity in Tofo, a day trip to the Islo of porcos and Pandy island. A village to visit and some snorkeling in one day. Everyday the weather was great in Tofo. In Vilanculos it has been raining all the time…. Thank you again for the organization. Everything went well. >Mozambique, March 2017<
Outstanding Service! This is the 2nd year that Safari Source was responsible for planning our Safari Excursion to Africa; last year was Zimbabwe/Botswana, this year it was South Africa/Kruger National Park. Monika and Rosemary were attentive to every single detail and communicated with us on these details. We had a minor snafu at the end of the trip, but it was efficiently and expeditiously handled… smooth sailing all the way, as if nothing had ever happened. My highest recommendations for using the Safari Source for your travel needs in Africa; I look forward to the adventure planned for us in 2018! >Cape Town – Johannesburg – Kruger National Park, March 2017<
